Q. How can I activate Data Bundles?
A. To activate 200 MB data bundle (price: US$ 5.00, valid for 7 days) dial *133*1# and press the call button.

To activate 500 MB data bundle (price: US$ 9.00, valid for 9 days) dial *133*2# and press the call button.

To activate 1 GB data bundle (price: US$ 15.00, valid for 30 days) dial *133*3# and press the call button.

To activate 3 GB data bundle (price: US$ 35.00, valid for 30 days) dial *133*4# and press the call button.

Q. How can I check my bundle status?
A. Dial *133# and press the call button.

Q. How many countries do HelloSIM work in?
A. At this moment HelloSIM works in 207 countries

Q. What is my pin code?
A. Pin code for HelloSIM card is 0000

Q. How can I register my HelloSIM card?
A. Once you insert it into your phone it will register automatically and you will get an SMS with your phone number and current balance.

Q. How do I make a call?
A. You should dial all numbers in international format (starting with 00 or +).

Q. What is a “Call Back”?
A. Once you dial a number the call will end and then you will receive a new call. After answering the call, your connection will be established.

Q. I am unable to make or receive calls. What should I do?
A. In very rare cases, your card might not be registered automatically. In that case, you should select a network manually. Please refer to your phone’s user manual.

Q. How can I check my balance?
A. Dial *100# and press the call button.

Q. How can I check my HelloSIM phone number?
A. Dial *101# and press the call button.

Q. How can I transfer money from my HelloSIM card to other HelloSIM user?
A. Dial *105*recipient’s HelloSIM number in international format*amount# and press the call button.

Q. How much money I can transfer to another HelloSIM user?
A. You can transfer as much as you want, providing that your remaining balance is not less than US$ 1.00

Q. How can I top-up my account with a scratch card?
A. Dial *100*<12-digit top-up=”” code=””># and press the call button.

Q. How long is top up credit valid?
A. Your credit has no validity period and will not expire.

Q. How to set up the Internet on my iPhone?
A. Go to Settings then Cellular then Cellular Data then Network and enter “internet” in the “APN” field.

Q. How to send cheap SMS with HelloSIM?
A. Please follow the instructions below:

For iPhone: Menu -> Phone -> SIM Applications -> SMS
For Android (Single SIM): Menu -> SIM Menu -> SMS
For Android (Dual SIM): Menu -> Tools -> SIM Card -> HelloSIM

Q. How to setup Internet on my Android device?
A. Go to Settings then More Settings then Mobile networks then Activate “Mobile
Data” then tap “Access Point Names” then select “New APN” then enter: Name: “HelloSIM”; APN: “internet” then tap Save.
